Booking Terms
Plain-language information about mobile appointment requests.
Business and contact details
Premier Mobile Specialist is a mobile vehicle service based in Northampton, United Kingdom. Questions can be raised by calling 07467 033305 or emailing premiermobilespecialist@gmail.com.
Booking requests
Submitting an enquiry does not confirm an appointment or create a requirement to pay. A booking is confirmed only after Premier Mobile Specialist has accepted the work and agreed the date, time, location, scope and any relevant charges with you.
Vehicle and location information
Please provide accurate vehicle and location details. Some work may not be suitable for a mobile visit because of access, safety, weather, equipment requirements or the nature of the repair.
Quotes, estimates and diagnosis
A quote or estimate applies to the work described at the time it is given. Diagnostic work may identify additional faults or reveal that further testing or repair is required. Additional work and charges should be discussed before that work is carried out.
Parts
The parts-supply arrangement should be agreed for each job. Customers should not purchase parts solely from a fault code or assumption unless this has been discussed, because incorrect diagnosis or variant selection can result in unusable parts.
Safe working conditions
The vehicle must be in a location where the work can be carried out safely and legally. The mechanic may decline, postpone or stop work if access, ground conditions, weather, traffic or another hazard makes mobile work unsuitable.
Cancellations, travel and call-out charges
Any applicable cancellation requirement, travel charge, diagnostic charge or call-out fee will be explained and agreed when the appointment is arranged. If a charge has not been agreed with you, this page does not create one by itself.
Consumer cancellation rights
Where a consumer cancellation right applies to a contract agreed at a distance or away from business premises, the required information will be provided before the contract is made. If you expressly ask for work to begin during a cancellation period, you may be responsible for the reasonable value of work already performed if you later cancel. The exact position depends on the circumstances and will be explained when relevant.
Statutory rights
Nothing on this website is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.
