Do I need to buy the parts first?
Do not buy parts purely from a fault code or assumption unless this has been discussed. The correct parts and supply arrangement should be agreed for the specific job.
Is an enquiry a confirmed booking?
No. A booking is only confirmed once Premier Mobile Specialist has accepted the job and agreed the location, date, time and any relevant charges.
Can every repair be done mobile?
No. Some repairs need workshop equipment, lifting facilities or conditions that are not appropriate for mobile work. Suitability is assessed before the appointment.
